Another Day - Another Night

I do like this, although it has an apparent lack of metre. I read it aloud to myself, because usually that gives me a good idea of the flow in the someone’s verse. But the end left me hanging, as though this almost feels unfinished.

I think you could have taken this to other places and given it a little more length, but all in all it's effective in it's main message and imagery,
